Agile Training Courses

• Agile Team Training: This agile training course is the starting point for most organizations that want to start their agile journey (or as a refresher to align teams). We cover the agile practices, concepts, and principles of successful teams. You will have an opportunity to try new ideas and practice key agile concepts. Agile Team Training should include everyone involved in delivering great products and services (developers, testers, analysts, product owners, product managers, scrum masters, architects, designers, database gurus, etc.). • Agile Leadership Training: Leadership success hinges on engaging intelligent and creative people and cultivating strong relationships. We often try to address organizational challenges with fixes to processes, but fail to address the broader issues that really influence success.  Agile training for leaders is for individuals who want to help their people move to the next level of leadership and truly grow and enable success! Learn more about Agile Leadership Training.
• Advanced Scrum Master Training: This agile training course digs into the core concepts and skills that Scrum Masters need to excel and shift into the mindset (or role) of Agile Coach. We build on what you already know about agile by focusing on the next level of skills and concepts for scrum masters: coaching, facilitation, servant leadership, big listening, solving real problems, and much more. This is not an introductory course.  It is for Scrum Masters, Project Managers, Project leads (or others) who have taken a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile Team Training, or equivalent course/experience. • Advanced Product Owner Training: Product owners have the challenge of working with change from development teams, the business, customers, and competitors daily–all while maintaining the product vision, managing business value, and adjusting the backlog. Coupled with the fact that the product owner also needs to know a lot about agile to be able to talk to customers and the business on daily basis, it becomes an extremely challenging role! Product owners must balance a pile of competing demands; this course helps them be more successful and tackle the real challenges they are facing today. This is not an introductory agile training course. It is for Product Owners, Product Managers, Business Analysts (or others) who have taken a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Agile Team Training, or equivalent course/experience.  Contact us to discuss your specific needs and request a course outline.
